my poor EE hen. she used to be outside all day long. since i incorporated the new chix that are 2 years younger, and a rooster.
my EE hen stays inside most of the time and on the roosts. she started laying after her molt this fall. she only laid for a month now has stopped again. she almost looks like another molt as feathers fly when she shakes. i have noticed johnny my rooster has taken a liking to her!!! but not when she is inside. i think she is hiding.
