Can amoxicillin help this?

I have a young chicken who looks like it poked it's face maybe on the fence or ? It's face is swelling on one side and keeps getting larger. Would amoxicillin help w this type infection?

It could be a sinus infection. Amoxicillin would help. But it may be overkill. A better treatment would be an eye antibiotic. But amoxi will do the trick.

It's not a sinus infection, he doesn't have a runny nose and cough. There was a little scab that looked like he poked himself
