Can anyone help me this is what i found on my African Grey

Is that on her breast bone (keel?) Does it look like a blister or pressure sore? How is she acting, eating, pooping?

eating fine pooping normal acting fine but very itchy he has one on chest stomach under wing somekind of yellow spots that are very itchy some red spots too

he bites really hard and the itchy spots and plucks feathers

It is probably a breast blister or pressure sore from sitting on the roost or on the floor where the bedding is rough or wet. You can clean it with betadine, and if it forms an abscess, you can lance it and drain it. Sometimes mycoplasma synovitis in the bird can cause leg weakness, causing them to remain on a roost putting pressure on the chest. Here is some info for you:
