Can anyone help me with my Premier Electric poultry netting?

Other than that. I'm out of ideas.

We have fence testers here. We can test the charge at the unit and along the fence. So there is a way to test them.

But not being there, those are my only ideas.
 
Talked to Howard here on the forum and he suggested I touch the soil and then the fence...because with rubber shoes I wouldn't feel the shock...and happily it hurt like heck, so I guess my fence is working after all.
Also the red clamp needs to be attached to the metal hanging clip which is also used to attach to a second fence, for those who may not know that.
