Should I be concerned about that yellow poop? I have 4 month old pullets. Thank you!

Poop is a concern if you also have a chicken behaving "off" normal.

A slight yellow cast to poop is usually normal and of no concern. But if you see a lethargic chicken along with poop you don't normally encounter, then you need to pay attention for more clues.

One of them shuts her eyes standing up frequently. But she's eating and drinking normally. What else should I look out for?

If one is behaving noticeably less active than the others, you want to pay attention to that one. Mark her with something if all of the chicks look exactly alike.

Monitor the poop of this individual. Check the crop of this one in the morning to be sure she has normal crop function, emptying overnight. A sick chicken may be fluffed up, standing facing a corner, and otherwise isolating.
