I am by far an expert when it comes to goats. But I have to say he does look a little like my Pygmy/Dwarf male cross. I only say this because he has the same long hair along with beard. My male also has horns that turn like his. My female is a purebred pygmy.
My male(Houdini- our kids spell it "Who-Dean-E") is chocolate and white. My Female(Zelda) is black and white.

I dont see Alpine in him.
Based on his ears(or lack of) I would say he has some LaMancha in him.

My best guess would be LaMancha X Angora.

He has the little ears of a LaMancha,but the body of an Angora (deep and with good width between the front legs) plus the angora horns.
