Looks like a Khaki Campbell to me. See, the drake here has a yellow bill, too.

So he is probably a mix?

Yeah, 'cause he has a mallard bill and mallard-ish head, but the body colour and (most important) shape of a KC, and the fact that you got him from a hobby farmer, aaand that there's a mallard duck in the photo, I'd say he's a mix. I'm no expert though...I could be wrong. Just one guys opinion.

No offense taken! You're right, it does look kinda grey, now that I look at it a little closer!

I still do think it's a KC since I have seen pics of drakes with actual yellow bills .... but I could be wrong!
