Can anyone tell me whats going on

    I have a few hens that are missing all of there back feathers can anyone help

    Either he is, or they are molting. It is molting season right now.

    Sounds like your rooster has some favorite hens. You may have to separate them until they can grow their feathers back.

    They are probably eating them. Chickens get bored and pluck each others feathers. Almost my whole flock looked like that last year. They grow back. People would always coment on their red butts. Try a "Flock Block", it will give them something to peck at.
