Can anyone tell me whether this looks like bumblefoot

I've looked through all the posts and pics but just don't know. The feet look much better to the naked eye and she is limping a bit. If it is bumblefoot, how do you get a duck to sit still for 20 minutes while her foot soaks in Epsom?

I don't see the telling signs of bumblefoot. Sometimes ducks land wrong and then limp for a day or two.
How long has she been limping and does she have any swimming water right now?
As for soaking, you can use a tote with a lid and cut a hole out for their head.

She has been limping for 3 days but it seems to come and go. The first day she had trouble standing up after lying down and it seems to have improved over time. We just got a bunch of new pointy gravel on our driveway which she crosses. She has two ponds but she has to cross the driveway to get to pond #2 so I built a roadway of straw today so she can avoid pointy stones.

You could try soaking in Epsom salts, it's not going to hurt. The rocks could be irritating her feet since shes not used to them. Sharp rocks can also cause bumblefoot in ducks.
How old is she? What does she eat? I'm a little concerned that she couldn't get up after lying down.

The swellings on the middle toe looks like she might have an infection - can you post a close up? Sometimes there isn't an obvious big scab like you see in photos.

She eats pellets, peas and corn, lots of foraging, and mealworms as a bedtime snack. The first day she made about 3 tries to stand up then was fine. She's eating, drinking, swimming, pooping, mating, and laying eggs. She's bright eyed and perky, just limping at times.

I'll reexamine tomorrow and try to get a new picture. I also plan to keep her in the run with a buddy tomorrow so she can rest in case it's an injury.

I'd add some extra niacin in the form of super complex b for now since she's limping b. You can get the durvet brand at tsc and most local farm stores. Its liquid states injectable - but you just put 1 mL on a treat per day. It will give her a boost as well since it has other b vitamins in it.

For reference, here are some photos of bumblefoot I've had that didn't have the tell-tale big black scab. You should be able to compare her foot to the other side to see what's normal. View attachment 2904181View attachment 2904182
There actually are scabs in both photos. I would have definitely advised to treat for bumblefoot if you had posted these and I saw them.
