Can anyone tell what gender?

Can anyone tell what gender these are? I think the one with the shorter comb is female but can anybody tell if the other one is a male or female? There is a difference in the size of their comb but I cannot tell anymore

Looks pretty young, and that's one whopping comb. I'm going male.

We will need to know age to make an accurate guess. Full body pics from the side, in good lighting, would also be helpful.

All that aside, I believe you're correct. Pic one looks to be a cockerel and pic two looks to be a pullet.

A pair - first is male, second is female.

Looks to be a pair but I agree better pics would make sexing more confident.
