Can anyone tell what kind and color this hen is?

She just showed up at my house one day. I never found which neighbor she came from so I kept her. I had her in with a silkie roo (not sure of his color- mostly white with some brown patches.) and she hatched to chicks a few weeks ago. Body wise they seem to take after her just have the silkie feet and extra feathering on the legs.

Bred to a Silkie, some of the offspring should be Silkie feathered.

Thank You! I had wondered if she could have been a silkie mix herself. Her face has a bit of that look with the dark skin. Her two chicks, the last picture is them that I took today, both seem to be getting the little tuft on the head. The feathers are just coming in, but now that I am looking closer the dark one has ones coming in that could be more like the silkie. The light one has feathers coming in like the hen. These mixes can be interesting. Is the dark one going to be blue like the hen?

My first thought was a blue Silkie mix. So I'm glad I'm not the only one...
