Can button quail eat grass?

Hi I own several button quail in a coop and I was wondering if in the summer/ spring time I could put them in a little pen outside during the day for the button quail to eat grass
Could I do that or would they get to cold anyway or get parasites.

As long as the temperature doesn't go below 50°F, should be fine....don't know how much grass they may consume? but it certainly won't hurt them either.
As far as parasites, you still need to worm them twice a year.
