Can chicken hatch goose eggs?

I have broody goose that is sitting on geese eggs. They are due to hatch in 4 days. Last year my goose had a problem with hatching the eggs when the babies startedd pipping. She had crushed the egg when the baby created a hole in the shell. This year I was planning to put the eggs under my broody chicken while it was pipping so it wouldn't get crushed again with the goose. Then after they hatched I planned on giving it back to the goose. Is this a good idea? And will i have to do anything for the eggs for them to hatch such as the humidity?

yes they can, as long as your Chicken is broody they can and will incubate goose eggs. if you get the gosling before it imprints on the hen then it could work

Would I need to help the chicken with humidity or anything?

I know they can hatch waterfowl eggs without help so i assume yes
