When it's not so freaking humid here..

I'll spray the ground under the wisteria just enough to make it damp but not muddy, the chickens love to roll (dust bathe) in it.

Also. I have a 3'x4' shallow pan that I use for the big gals. I freeze a 1.5 gallon ice cream bucket solid with ice. I take the big block of ice and put it in the middle of the pan that I just put about half an inch of water in. Keeps everyone happy for a couple hours.
