After looking through a couple of chicken sites and videos, I have found that there is not exactly a definitive answer on whether or not chickens can eat garlic, or drink water with garlic in it. Some sources warn never to feed it, while others share that it helps to improve the general health of the flock.

Please help me in determining whether or not I can feed my chickens garlic.

I would use it occasionally, not even on a weekly basis. Garlic has lots of wonderful qualities, but it is also noted to be a blood thinner. One of it's helpful properties is that it is an antiparasitic. I was talking with a friend who is a missionary in the Jungles of Peru. She says that she uses garlic and hot peppers often for their antiparasitic properties. (including to clear the body of worms, and as an anti malarial.)

I am a firm believer in what garlic can do for a humans body.
I have not come across a study, yet, about garlic and chickens, but my chickens have gotten garlic on a regular basis since they were hatched.
