I would agree that her posture looks like she has internal laying or another of the reproductive disorders. They tend to have an upright posture, and waddle, and it may resemble egg binding.
Can you post a close-up picture of her feet and ankles? I am seeing some swelling and possibly scaly leg mites.

Yes chickens can get arthritis. They can also get frozen feet. I would suggest making sure that her foot is not frozen.
I was wondering about frostbite.
It's definitely cold here. 21 degrees Fahrenheit. When I saw the little pink spot, I thought maybe frostbite. How would you treat that?
..and toes look a bit odd, but not sure if that's 'normal'.The mentioning of the fact that her toes would not bend made me think of that possibility.
