Can Chickens get Arthritis??????

I would agree that her posture looks like she has internal laying or another of the reproductive disorders. They tend to have an upright posture, and waddle, and it may resemble egg binding.

Can you post a close-up picture of her feet and ankles? I am seeing some swelling and possibly scaly leg mites.

She hasn't laid for at least two years.

I was wondering about frostbite.
 
There are some scaly leg mites which can cause the lifted scales, and the swelling of the ankles might be from mycoplasma synovitis (a bacterial respiratory disease that affects the joints,) or possibly gout. How does the right foot look? What part of the US or world are located? Are you having freezing weather?
 
It's definitely cold here. 21 degrees Fahrenheit. When I saw the little pink spot, I thought maybe frostbite. How would you treat that?

I would keep her in a place of more moderate temperature - slightly above freezing. If her foot is frozen it will very likely turn black, dry up and fall off. One legged chickens can still have a quality life.
