can chicks move in the egg at day 11?

This is my first incubation and I put twenty eggs from my own hen and rooster (charlie) he's a beautiful barnevelder, today is day 11, and I candled my eggs! All 20 are fertile and advice from the internet showed me that they were, but I picked up a barred rock egg to candle and I was amazed with the amount of vains, while candling I saw a black circle move around the egg! Can chicks move in the egg?
