can different breeds of bantams be kept together? (hens and roos?)

Sure, but they won't produce pure offspring, of course, they will mix with each other.

becky pretty much explained it so yep they can, and they can also be mixed with standards. Ive discovered that the banties are the meaner more dominant birds. As a matter of fact, I don't even remember where I heard this, the birds that are used for cockfighting are produced by mixing a bantam with a standard, so that the chicks gets the size of the standard and the attitude of the bantam. I have no idea why but its always the small er animals that are more ferocious. Maybe its to make up for the small size LOL. Tiny but mighty.

Yep, I got hamburg bantams, Araucana bantam and four Welsummer bantams. They all get along just fine!
