Can ducks have bread if ONLY given sometimes as a treat?

You’re quite literally defeating the purpose of this thread... I didn’t ask for opinions on duck husbandry, just if they could have bread.

I don't get your comment about duck husbandry. I just suggest that if you have the choice; don't feed it bread but something else. Because the pro's and con's of bread. Which answers your question.
 
Fake support animals are a real problem. If a business owner has a fake (and therefore untrained) service dog come in and cause trouble, they're not going to want to let real service dogs in next time. It makes taking service animals to places a lot harder for people who actually need them, and, in some cases, means people can't go places. There are people who have to have a seizure service dog with them or they risk serious injury or death. If they can't bring their dog into a business because the owner doesn't want to allow service dogs, they can't go in.
Also, I'd be worried about the ducks potentially picking up diseases from who knows where.
