can I bathe 4-5 week old silkie chicks in

My sons organic shampoo? I read something about conditioner as well but I am assuming that is just for show birds.

I am just looking to get them clean, and is luke warm water good or should it be warmer?

I am figuring by other posts I should dip them in the shampoo and water bucket and then a rinse bucket... then do I towel dry and put under a heat lamp or blow dry them on low heat???

Keep it warm in the room and it should be fine. You can use a thermometer
to keep the water temp around 97.

Baby shampoo or kids organic shampoo should work fine.

I have bathed Silkies in Bronner's peppermint soap. It leaves a nice scent.

(I use it on my dog and husband, too.
