Can I Get a Chick From Outside?

I do have everything. The other chickens would be able to easily escape and my family already isn't a fan of the noise, two is pushing my luck

How old are the chicks currently?
And what will you do with them once they're grown?

Your answers will be a big factor in deciding what to do next... either integrate them back into the existing flock, or build and house them in an entirely separate coop. There's different directions to go, but which way depends on what you want the end result to be.

Usually chicks become unbearable in the house by about 4-5 weeks... at least for me. They're so dusty and want to fly all over! Noise shouldn't be an issue if their needs are met. Happy chicks are quiet, distressed chicks are noisy. These alternative heat sources are much better than heat lamps.

If you want to keep all the chicks for yourself, you'd better get their own coop ready. They can finish growing out there. The mama hen usually leaves her babies when they're pretty self-sufficient -about 6-8 weeks-- at which time they become integrated members of the flock. So if you do want them separate and in your own yard, I don't see why you can't take them all and just keep them in their own brooder or coop... as long as it's large enough.

Hope everything works out well :fl

Did the owner say if you could have the mother hen as well? I would not want any chicken left in a neglectful situation.
If you live in the US then you should look on Cragslist for a cheap coop. It may be a bit crappy, but anything under $100 is a gamble, who knows.
If the owner has allowed you to care for the mother hen as well then I would recommend to keep her confined and feed her well.
Getting a coop and figuring out what to do with any extra roosters should be top priority.
Does you area permit the keeping of roosters, or even hens?
