Don't worry...very few people work in the area that they go to school for! I got my first degree in Animal Science...worked with hogs for awhile...then went back and got a degree in Ag Ed (agronomy and bio minors) and now am a science teacher! Close but not what I had figured! Things got better for me when I realized me making decisions with input wasn't working. Best of luck!!

Even more is required to get into vet school. I liked math and science, but not that much.

It's harder to get into vet school than it is med school. Think about that next time you're at your Dr's. They may just be a vet school reject...

The only other thing I would consider changing is "Sagan also believes that a person can be too skeptical..."
You don't really know that he believes that-but you could say that he notes or comments or something like that. My English major mom would have picked on that if it were my paper she was proofing. But it IS a nit-pick. Nobody else would probably notice.

Actually, since it's an essay based on Sagan's opinion, "believes" is the correct term. You can't make an opinion fact, THAT would be wrong.
