Can I give my Button a bath?/How?

i am hoping to bathe my button quail. Can i? if so how?

Every year for fair we bath chickens. It is difficult but the end result it amazing. Step one fill a tot with about 1-2 inches of Luke warm soapy waterwaterwater. I perfer to use dawn because it is safe. Step 2 lighty scrub legs then backfeathers. But do not get near the face. Then towle dry them and don't put them out side until fully dry.

i looked it up and did it with my friend. Thanks, they are so clean! first bath and they are almost a year old! you are not supposed to do it very much though, i enjoyed it!
