Can I keep a weak chick with me if my brooder is full of healthy chicks and I have one chick struggling in the incubator. Can I give it the warmth it needs say in like a towel ?

Certainly. The chick will need contact heat warmer than your body temperature. A broody hen is 106F. You wouldn't get that warm unless you were sick, and with a temp of 106, your family would be picking out your head stone.
Hand warmers get too hot and a new chick shouldn't have direct contact with the device. But you could wrap the chick in the towel you envision with the hand warmer on the outside of the towel.
Another option is to rig its own little brooder box with a heating pad on high setting, but test it with a thermometer in case it's too hot on contact. A heating pad rigged into a cave will throw a 85F heat footprint under the pad. You might select another chick out of the brood to keep it company.
The chick needs another chick to snuggle against or a scrap of fuzzy fabric or a tiny fuzzy toy. Being isolated from the touch of other chicks isn't going to work in its favor.
I would try one normal chick at a time with it to be sure it won't peck the sick chick. Keep trying until you find a chick that will snuggle with it without hurting it.
