Can i make this treatment?

I have a pigeon pair and they need to hatch in 4 days( maybe some of you know if you saw my last thread ). I started today streatment for coccidiosis because i think they have it but im also woried for the baby that needs to hatch becausei dont know if will kill him, i will still make it because they are more inportant than the baby but if i can i want him too alive.
It will kill him or there isnt any problem?

Should not be a problem using Amprolium the usual treatment for Coccidiosis, also call Corid in this country.

here is just called aprolium or AntiCoccidiosis, i also give them vitamine K3 if they have inside bleeding to stop it
