Well the eggs ARE fertilized cause my roo is outta control. they have been on the counter about 15 hours. It is about 80 in the house. Are those eggs still viable? Also if she does this broody thing should I put a waterer in her little nest box? I really can not build a personal broody condo for her.....I hope to leave her there and the others leave her alone.

The eggs are still good for hatching. As for giving her easier access to food and water you'll have to keep an eye on her. I've never had a broody but have read here some will never leave the nest to eat and drink, most will at least once a day.

Yes, you can put those eggs under her. The thing to consider is that when she gets up to eat, drink, and broody poo, another hen might just hop up there in her nest and lay an egg. She doesn't really need a broody condo-a cat carrier or box would work just as well, perhaps in the corner of your coop. I always keep water and food within their reach.
