Your big one is a Pekin and the tiny Muscovy's are known as White Muscovy's. I have young adult white Muscovy's and can share pictures of them in the morning if you like?
And they are extremely cuties!

You can keep them together, try giving them two feeding dishes so they aren't all trying to eat from the same place. Female Muscovy will start growing their chest, tail and wing feathers before the males do. This normally happened around 1 month old.
You can try to vent sex them, but it can cause a prolapsed vent.
