If they've been spending some time outdoors during the day, or at least have not had a heat lamp on them for a week or so, they will probably be fine. They would need a truly draft free area with plenty of hay or similar to snuggle into. If they're in a coop and they wanted to, I'd let them sleep in a nest box for a few weeks.
Actually, they'll adjust just fine to cool to warm weather. If you were moving them out to a sudden blast of 100F, I'd be quite concerned. Gosh, it was hot today....
