Can I show Ayam cemani

Hey all, so I am part of a locale 4-H group and am interested in showing my Ayam Cemani chickens this year, but I have seen that they are not currently recognized by the American Poultry Association does that effect the 4-H showers or just the big poultry fairs? What do you think?

Our local 4H had cancelled chick chain this year. Instead they are still having the show in November, but kids can choose their own chick from a feed store or breeder, or even use one they already have. I asked our 4H rep if that includes birds that don't have an SOP. She said "any chicken, as long as it's female". You may want to call or email your resume to clarify for your local show.

Yes, you may show an Ayam Cemani, however, it cannot place higher than Best of Breed.
