I have a Little Giant Still Air styrofoam incubator. I set my eggs last night and have it at 99.5 degrees inside, and the trays at the bottom are full with water. Question is, can the eggs get through without a hygrometer? No matter how much I try to convince him, my dad is insisting on not getting one.

Do a search on little giant tips and tricks. Also do a search on dry incubation. That might be to much water. On a still air the temp should be higher I think 102. You can do a search on still air temps. Sorry I wasn't more help but those search terms should give you all the info you need.

Thanks so much for posting this!

I too have a Little Giant still-air incubator, and don't really want to pay $32 something or other dollars for a hygrometer. I'll do the search now.
Thanks!
