Can I use Ivermectin for depluming mites while treating roundworms with fenbendazole at the same time?

Yes, treatment with both is routinely done and reasonably well studied (albeit not in chickens). You can even buy the two combined as a single horse medicine now .

As to studies, see for instance and this and this.
Thank you! Thnks for linking those studies. Very interesting. I just want my girls feeling great again🙏 Is there a protocol for treating the coop for depluming mites?

What I don't know about poultry illness and injury would fill books, and does.

I don't doubt you when you say permethrin doesn't fix depluming mites, though it's been the standard of treatment for ages. What are options? Sulphur?
The only effective treatment I know of is ivermectin, because it is systemic. The problem with depluming mites is they burrow deep into the feather shaft, where usual mite dusts and powders can't reach them. There may be other effective treatments, but ivermectin is cheap and effective, so is commonly used. Merck vet manual says treat depluming mites with "ivermectin or other acaricidal materials"
