just got an all natural tea tree oil spray for cleaning purposes. Would it be safe to use for cleaning the incubator too?

Not familiar with tea tree oil spray, but I’d been using non toxic soap and water to clean them and then use rubbing alcohol to sanitize it.

As the name implied tea tree oil, I wouldn’t want oil residues in my incubator especially on enclosed equipment just in case that’s bad for chicks.

I wouldn’t, chickens respiratory symptom is different than a humans and they are more sensitive to irritants in air. I clean my brooder with mild soap and water. Then once chicks have moved out of brooder I clean with bleach solution and put in the sun to dry.
