Can Ivomec injectable be used topically?

Hi all, I accidentally bought Ivomec injectable liquid instead of the pour on, which is what I normally use. Already opened the box so I can't return it. Can I still use it and if so how - method, dosage? Thanks!

You might want to sell it on craigslist unless you plan on injecting it into your birds to treat against mites. It is useless as a wormer in chickens. It would be good for cattle.
