Can My Friend Have Chickens?

I have been talking about my chickens to some friends at school and a very good friend of mine has become interested in starting a flock of her own. She has so far been unable to find out if her development allows chickens, so i was wondering if anyone here knew whether or not they were allowed in the development of Bridal Oaks, in O'Fallon Missouri. Thanks for your help!

She will have to call the city and the development she lives in. Ask if they allow chickens... She will probably only be able to have hens. And maybe only a certain number of them. It all really depends on the laws.
Hope she can get some!
