Spinach has a ton of calcium in it (99 mg per 100 grams spinach). None (Edit: it should say most because we actually get more of the calcium in spinach than we do milk) of that calcium is nutritionally available. That oxalic acid doesn’t cancel out the calcium in something like the mozzarella in a lasagna. The effect of the oxalic acid only extends to the spinach itself, not your diet in general.
