can quails eat the following foods?

i wanted to buy some treats for my quails but there are none in my area so i decided to buy other pet treats
you can probablly quess what animal it is but here are the indredients!

Dehydrated Chicken Protein (37%), Baldo Rice (18%), Maize, Refined Chicken Oil, Anchovy Meal (6%), Brewers Dried Yeast, Anchovy Oil, Carob, Hydrolized Chicken Liver, Nucleotide Yeast Protein, Dried Beet Pulp, Minerals, Prebiotic Mannan Oligo Saccarides, Seaweed, Blueberry Powder, Yucca Extract, Psyllium, Marigold Powder.

Dehydrated Chicken Protein (34%), Baldo Rice (22%), Maize, Refined Chicken Oil, Anchovy Meal (%5), Brewers Dried Yeast, Anchovy Oil, Carob, Hydrolized Chicken Liver, Nucleotide Yeast Protein, Dried Beet Pulp, Minerals, Prebiotic Mannan Oligo Saccarides, Seaweed, Blueberry Powder, Yucca Extract, Psyllium, Marigold Powder, Phenomind™ (0,024%).

Dehydrated Chicken Protein (28%), Baldo Rice, Wheat Flour, Maize, Refined Chicken Oil, Anchovy Meal, Brewers Dried Yeast, Anchovy Oil, Carob, Nucleotide Yeast Protein, Dried Beet Pulp, Minerals, Prebiotic Mannan Oligo Saccarides.

both are high in protein so i thought it would be good..? but again there is meat so..

I'm not seeing anything jump out as toxic in those, but I would stick to things like black soldier fly larvae, mealworms, dandelions, zucchini (sliced), lettuce, spinach, berries, etc.

Make sure that treats don't exceed 10% of their diet.
