My 2.5 year old quail is usually very active but as of a couple days ago he's become very sleepy where his eyes are always half closed. He still eats and drinks water but he keeps getting crust on his eyes and is sneezing nonstop. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Do you happen to keep him near chickens? A sickness spread from chickens to quail is called coryza. Does he have smelly discharge?
No there aren't any chickens around where I live and I haven't come into contact with any. A couple days ago one of my dogs did get ahold of him but she didn't draw any blood from him and he seemed unharmed. None of my dogs have come into contact with any chickens either.
The discharge on his eyes does not smell

I'm worried he has Mycoplasma Gallisepticum and no vet in my area will be open until Tuesday. Is this something he'll be able to survive until then?

Mycoplasma Gallisepticum is considered a chronic respiratory disease. It can include coughing, sneezing, and swelling of the head. Late stages can be characterized by lesions, and lethargy. The disease causes many other health problems, like egg peritonitis. The disease can be fatal. In early stages if caught, should be treatable.
