Can ring neck doves live outside?

I live in southern Michigan and was wondering if ring neck doves can live outside all year round, in with my pheasants/quail?

Yes they can

Make sure they can get away from the ground birds and preferably have a feeding spot up off the ground away from the others, to prevent fighting. My quail never bothered my doves but I don't know about pheasants.

Well when I say in with my pheasants I'm taking about a mixed pen I have that has red golden, gambel quail, and mandarin ducks in it. How much protection do the doves need from the weather?
