Can someone tell me what this tiny bird is

LOL Ok I believe you. I guess I will have to wait and see! She/he is just so sweet! Tiny as a button but very sweet! I guess it is just weird that she hasn't gotten any bigger than when we brought her home but that would make sense I mean either way you would think there would be different in size! My sweet pea.
