Can someone tell what gender my rouen ducks are?

Can someone tell me the gender of my rouen ducks are? Or is it to early to tell?

How old are they? usually by 3 weeks you will start to hear some small quacks in between peeping. Quacks means females. Drakes have a hoarse voice.

They are about 3 months. One of them honks the other does not.
