Can spiral Bulbs heat a cooler ?

hey guys . in the process of making my cooler inator bator. i broke my regular round top bulb. Dad found a spiral bulb for it for me. i put it in and turned the dial which i skinned from another type of the temp that was broken to adjust the brightness and in this case heat to the highest ? Will it wiork for the batoer.

No, not if it's the kind I'm thinking of. They are much cooler to the touch then regular incandesent bulbs and won't put out enough heat for an incubator.
