Can the cckens have the turkey carcass?

If your talking about the leftover turkey carcasses from thankgiving, yes. My girls love it and they will pick every last bit of meat off it. After all chickens are omnivores.

Our flock enjoyed the turkey carcass, there was a good amount of meat left on it.. I also cooked the neck and giblets in the microwave to feed them tomorrow! I feed them any and all leftover meat as long as it doesn't have a lot of salt.

I gave my hens the turkey carcass this year and they attacked it like it might get up and run away.....they were picking it clean when I left. Though since I sometimes leave the coop open during the day I will have to go and rake the coop this evening or in the morning to clean up the bones, my dog roams in there from time to time. Totally ignores the chickens, he goes in to see what they left for him.

I ripped out all the innards of the turkey (everything was still in it) and I didn't even think about the chickens!! :( I'm still new, that's my excuse. It all went in the trash. Then again, they had no interest in the dark meat or the green bean casserole, or the potatoes either. I mean...they had HUGE interest in it, but only for swimming in it, nestling into it and dustbathing in it, which resulted in a sticky nasty mess. They didn't eat it.
