There should be no reason why they couldn't mate.

Yes they can mate. Ideally you don't want a very large rooster over a very small hen however, due to the fact she could be injured by his weight. A small rooster with a large hen is no problem, but sometimes they aren't successful at fertilizing the eggs.

They are the samr size! I don't see them attached to him but as I said I can see him trying to dominate the chickens but in no vain until now except for the little one

Nice. Most likely mostly if not all white chicks with some black spots on them.

I take every day some eggs, so how can I know if they are fertile?
