I have three that are 19,17,15. And yes I do have some bath pictures. One was when the two oldest went and played in G-mas pond area after it rained. I've never seen so much mud and such giggly, happy children.

I wasnt' asking you. She seemed to think the whole bath picture idea was wrong so I was curious how many kids she raised. Most parents have taken bath or even potty pictures.You would have to have a very dirty mind to see something sordid about it.

I think they are suing, can you imagine your precious babies going through "sexual abuse screening" when nothing bad like that had ever taken place? Your babies being wrenched from your arms crying and screeming and being told you are not allowed to see them or know where they are? Because you took some pics of them wrapped in a towel and you could see "the outline" of something? That is scary.

That is insane!

Why don't they go out and get the "real child abusers" that eventually kill the child, because no one could follow up on it, and leave the child there, in harms way?! Instead, they pick on innocent parents, who are just taking innocent photos of their kids, like we all have!! Give me a break!

Now, I'm not saying that all photos of children in the bath are a bad thing. It is cute when done appropriately. What is NOT appropriate are photos, that we can only guesstimate, numbered around 144 that were all of the bath-time. That is my issue with this. We do not know if the parents had other "normal" photos on that memory stick or not, but I'm just pointing out the fact that 144 photos of children in the bath, showing inappropriate images are not exactly what I would call normal. I am not saying that all people who take photos of their children naked are evil devil-worshipping people. I am saying that in this day and age, photos should be double-checked.

What if the family had decided to instead put the photos on a website? What if that website was googled by a perv? What if on that website the parents had put their location, etc?

What is the appropriate number of photos to take of your children? Is there some allowable limit over which you are considered a pervert; under which you are normal? And honestly, I don't think parents should have their children taken from them because some pervert might google their pics. It seems like you want to punish the vicitm.
