Can this Rascal survive these attack wounds?

We are concerned about leaving the wounds uncovered since she is pecking at them. We are going to try a saddle tomorrow. Hoping that keeps her away from them!

I hope that helps. I was thinking the same thing. May need to lengthen it a bit with some material if it doesn't cover the wound.

An update on Rascal - 2 weeks after the attack she is healing quite well. While much of it is hidden under her wings, feathers are coming back in in the areas with less damage. Her energy is good and she is eating well. We are grateful!
