I am going to be incubating some banty chicks- eggs order on line from back east. Then when they are hatched and brooding I will be getting some chicks from My Pet Chicken that have been vacinated for Mericks--I was wondering if I should to try to do my own also? any thoughts?
Thanks, want to do the right thing

It can't hurt. You can find vaccinations online the problem is that they usually sell them in bulk and it can add up depending on how many different types of vaccinations you are doing.

Make sure you do research as to when you need to vaccinate because I think Merek's has to be done within the first day or two if life.

Thank you for your answer jamislee4u, it all helps .

My friend does her own too. She says she has to do it when they are a day old and the mixture is only good for an hour so she has to do everyone all at once and quick.
