Can you do Corid and worming at the same time?

I have a hen that is about 10 weeks. I believe she is on the mend from Cocci and today will be day 3 of Corid. Can I deworm at the same time?

Help! I just checked the poop board and there is watery bloody poo. I thought she was getting better. Today will be day 3 of Corid. Could it be something else? Yesterday, her tail was still down but she was eating and drinking. I have Rooster Booster Multi-Wormer Triple Action. Shall I try that too? Her poops went from bloody splatter to light brown and watery when she first went to bed. This morning I see the very watery bloody poop now. I feel so helpless!

2 tsp per gallon. I make it fresh each day.
