Can you eat button quail eggs?

I cant get a quail omelet out of my head.

I would be nuts...and I dont need much help!

19 Coturnix eggs to make 2 decent sized portions of scrambled eggs.....I've only done it ONCE!

The dogs now get them hardboiled with their meals. Kristi

I hard boil the Button eggs I don't incubate and chop them up in a food chopper. Then feed them back to the Buttons shells and all. Great source of protein for them and cuts the feed bill a little bit. Doing them a hundred at a time it doesn't take that long to cook them off once a week. Then take a handful a day and chop them.
