You could separate her in a wire cage with her own food/water, put the cage in with the others. Boil/scramble up her eggs for the dogs.

I've heard of people putting food coloring or lipstick on their hen's vent so they can tell who laid what egg. Sounds silly, I know, but might be useful in this case.

The dogs don't need to develop antibiotic resistant bacteria either. That's why the eggs shouldn't be eaten, by anyone.
